What are case credits?
Each case credit is:
- Worth one case enquiry to the VPIS. Unless the enquiry is made outside of normal office hours (8am to 7.59pm Mon - Fri exc. Bank holidays) when 2 case credits will be deducted from your account.
- Valid for 2 years from their date of purchase.
A "case" is an enquiry (or multiple enquiries) from a veterinary practice in relation to a single incident of poisoning (or suspected poisoning) in one or more animals. Further enquiries regarding the same named animal(s) and the same exposure will not cost any additional credits or charge. Prospective enquiries regarding poisoning (i.e. where there has not been an exposure) will also be charged.

The following case credit subscription packages are available for purchase, allowing practices to tailor the fee paid according to practice usage. Case credits can be purchased through your online VPIS account.
