Payment System

Create an online account

VPIS membership and subscription can now be managed online by creating an online account.  Once you have created your account you will be able to:

  • Purchase case credits from a range of subscription packages to suit your need.
  • Download your membership certificate(s).
  • Print invoices.
  • View a summary of your recent enquirires.

How the new payment system works

  • VPIS membership is now included with the purchase of your first subscription package.
  • A purchase of at least 2 case credits is necessary to subscribe to VPIS membership; thereafter you maintain membership if you have 1 or more case credits in your account.
  • Each credit purchased is worth one case enquiry and is valid for 2 years.
  • After you have made an enquiry, a credit will be deducted from your account.
  • If your account falls to less than one case credit, membership automatically lapses and you will need to purchase further credits.
  • If your practice is part of a group, then only one subscription package needs to be purchased to cover membership and case credits for all associated practices.

Payment methods

Online payments with a credit/ debit card

VPIS members are able to purchase case enquiry credits or subscription packages online using a credit or debit card, facilitated by RBS WorldPay™.

Automatic top-up (10% discount)

Practices purchasing case credits with a debit or credit card may opt for a ‘recurring transaction’ (i.e. auto top-up) which gives a 10% discount on the purchased subscription package (see pricing for more information).  Each time your case credit balance falls to zero, your account will be automatically credited with your chosen subscription package and payment taken from your assigned credit or debit card.

Alternative payment methods

You can still choose to pay by cheque or by BACS, although you can not opt for the auto top-up package prices if you are paying by either of these methods, and are therefore not eligible for the auto top up 10% discount.  For more information regarding alternative payments please click here.
